Cancellation & Credit Policy

We know plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible. While all bookings are non-refundable, if you need to cancel, we’ll happily issue you a credit toward another trip.

Our Policy

  1. Notice required: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your scheduled trip.
  2. Credits can be used within the same season or the following season ONLY.
  3. Early departures are not eligible for credit.
  4. No-shows (without prior notice) forfeit the booking and are not eligible for credit.
  5. Bad Weather: Please review official marine weather advisories before your trip and let us know in advance of your plans to cancel the trip.
  6. In the case of serious illness or family emergency we will do our best to work with you on a solution.

This policy helps us keep things fair for everyone and ensures we can continue to offer the best experience possible for our guests.
