Cancellation & Credit Policy
We know plans can change, and we do our best to be flexible. While all bookings are non-refundable, if you need to cancel, we’ll happily issue you a credit toward another trip.
Our Policy
- Notice required: Cancellations must be made at least 30 days before your scheduled trip.
- Credits can be used within the same season or the following season ONLY.
- Early departures are not eligible for credit.
- No-shows (without prior notice) forfeit the booking and are not eligible for credit.
- Bad Weather: Please review official marine weather advisories before your trip and let us know in advance of your plans to cancel the trip.
- In the case of serious illness or family emergency we will do our best to work with you on a solution.
This policy helps us keep things fair for everyone and ensures we can continue to offer the best experience possible for our guests.
